Registrant Survey - Information for
Client Relations Committee

The Client Relations Committee is currently developing guidelines for prevention of misconduct of a sexual nature. This survey is intended to gather information and help the committee to develop guidelines relevant to practice. Your input will also help the committee plan the AGM education session titled: Drawing the line - Professional Boundaries in OT Practice being held on November 6, 2004. Please help by completing this information gathering survey.

Please return your completed survey by October 21, 2004 in the self-addressed envelope provided or fax to the College at (250) 383-4144. Alternatively, you can complete the survey online at www.cotbc.org

Note: While we would appreciate your survey by October 21st (to help with AGM session), responses received by November 30, 2004 will be considered in the development of the guidelines.
